Good Morning, well it is Monday morning, and we're still waiting for the RV. Of course we have people saying it is done all we have to do is forward to the announce. Let's hope for once they are right. Then we will all be happy and cheerful.

In my opinion we still have a a few milestones I head of us, then the RV will occur. I am optimistic that these milestones will be overcome, and the RV will occur, but I guess we just have to sit back and wait, for the right time, the right circumstances, and the right people to decide the RV.
