What are the tax ramifications of giving pre-RV dinars to my kids? Seems to me that neither I nor they will have to pay tax on them. I've given each 100,000 dinars.

its the same old thing. when they get cashed in, the tax is due. you can gift up to one million dollars per lifetime to any family member, without taxes being due (at least that is how i understand it).
