U.S. to asked the Saudi king forgive the debt of state on Iraq and open a dialogue
I found this interesting as we were just talking about Iraqs debt issues on chat today....Now I see the US is trying to help them by getting Saudi Arabia to forgive the debt of Iraq.

أعربت الإدارة الأميركية عن ارتياحها لمسار الانتخابات التشريعية التي جرت في العراق، «فهي جرت في مناخ سلمي إلى حد كبير، والإقبال على التصويت كان عاليا وربما أعلى من التوقعات». ويقول المسؤولون الأميركيون ان السعودية «يمكن في هذا السياق ان تعفي العراق من بعض قروضه القديمة، وان تعزز التبادل التجاري، وتبادل الزيارات الرسمية، والدخول في حوار متشعب».
