أعلن مدير دائرة الماء في محافظة الديوانية المهندس سلام فاهم نور عن موافقة وزارة البلديات والأشغال العامة لتشييد اكبر مشروع ماء في قضاء الشامية ضمن خطتها للعام الحالي .وقال نور يوم الأحد ، إن المشروع الذي تبلغ بطاقته الإنتاجية(4000 )متر مكعب بالساعة تبلغ كلفته الإجمالية ( 91 ) مليار دينار عراقي , مؤكدا انه تم تهيئة الأرض لإقامة هذا المشروع العملاق وبمساحة تقدر بـ( 45 ) دونم .موضحا "إن الغرض من إنشاء هكذا مشاريع هو لإيصال الماء إلى ابعد نقطة في قضاء الشامية " .مشيرا إلى إن المشروع سيغطي مركز قضاء الشامية والقرى التابعة له ,مؤكدا في الوقت ذاته موافقة الوزارة على إنشاء أكثر من خمسة مجمعات ماء أخرى موزعة على نواحي المحافظة . Nour said on Sunday, said the project which has a productive capacity (4000) cubic meters per hour total cost of ( 91) billion Iraqi dinars, saying he was preparing the ground for the establishment of this gigantic project and the area estimated at (45) acres. explaining that "the purpose of establishing such projects is to deliver water to the farthest point in the district of Sham." He pointed out that the project will cover the center spend Sham The villages belong to him, stressing at the same time the Ministry's approval for the establishment of more than five pools of water distributed to other areas of the province.
