THE IMF AND WORLD BANK RIPPED SHABIBI, TOLD HIM HE WAS TOTALLY AT FAULT FOR THE ECONOMIC FAILURE IN IRAQ. THAT HE SHOULD HAVE REVALUED LONG AGO. HE TOLD THEM THAT THE GOVT WAS NOT STABLE.
