    Recognizing a problem trust

    With all the information being thrown around in regards to Trusts, as with all financial decisions due your own diligence. Below is a link from the IRS on things to look for that might indicate a fraudulent trust scheme.

    I thought these trusts were to guard our assets, not to avoid taxes. Do they really guard our assets? or Are they a risk for giving control of our money to others?

    I put this up because of certain things I have seen in chats and posts, and that this is merely one item to help people do their own diligence on investigating what things that may harm them or their families.
