Ok here is what I got and it came from the same guy I always get my info from and he's been pretty accurate. Let talk about Kuwait, now we all know Allawi went to kuwait and his goal was to try and settle their differences.

Now Iraq has laid out to the UN what they plan do propose to Kuwait and the UN approved their plan. Now here is the interesting part of this,,,If Kuwait does not agree with Iraqs plan the UN will basically tell kuwait to go stick their heads in the sand because they are being unreasonable and at that point Kuwait would become a dead issue.
