A member of the reformist parliamentary bloc Hisham al-Suhail said on Wednesday that the referendum on Kurdistan was born dead, because there is no law or constitutional text that allows for such action, as well as popular and international rejection of this project.

"The Constitution does not allow the separation of any part of Iraqand the subject of the referendum in Kurdistan outside the legal and constitutional frameworks," said Suhail, noting that the regional countries and most of the world declared their categorical rejection of the separation process.

"He added that the referendum was held against the large rejection of him. He was born dead and that it is difficult to retreat from the announcement of the referendum in Kurdistan, adding that the referendum will not be passed.

He said Suhail that in the face of rejection of separation can not establish the desired state where there will be no crossing, whether land or sea.
