Allawi: The percentage of fraud in Kirkuk confirms that the recent elections "a farce"

[Ayna-Baghdad] The
President of the National Coalition Iyad Allawi, on Saturday, that the rate of forgery showed by the counting and counting of hand in some centers of Kirkuk confirmed without doubt that the recent elections were a farce and a crime against the Iraqi people can not be tolerated.
He added in a press statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today that "the percentage of fraud that resulted from the results of counting and sorting in Kirkuk reached in some centers to fifty percent."
Allawi stressed the need for judgesto abide by the third amendment to the law of elections of the House of Representatives, which provides for the re-counting and sorting manually for all funds in the provinces of Iraq and without respect for the will of the Iraqi people to choose who represents.
He warned that "contrary to what is stated in the above law will lose the political process the remaining credibility of the Iraqis and the international community, which requires the re-election in spite of the attempts of some parties and States to cover up the crime of fraud and the formation of parliament and government is not fair based fraud.
