    I thought this was a positive article and I like the following comment he made- highlighted in red below.

" واضاف "كل التقدم الذي احرز وكل التشريعات التي اقرت تتطلبت تحالفات عابرة
    للطوائف والعرقيات".ولفت بترايوس الى ضرورة انشاء تحالفات في تشكيل الحكومة قائلا "انه بالنظر الى الحقائق فلا يمكن ابدا انتخاب رئيس وزراء بدون تحالف عابر للطوائف والعرقيات".وعلى صعيد اخر توقع بترايوس تقليص عدد القوات الامريكية من حجمها الحالي البالغ 96 الف جندي الى 50 الف جندي بنهاية اب المقبل، مشيرا الى ان الحوار بشأن حجم القوات الامريكية بين الولايات المتحدة والعراق سيستمر بعد تشكيل الحكومة.
