Parliamentary finance determines the budget problems and reveals a reduction in its deficit

{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The Finance Committee identified problems that hinder the adoption of the general budget for the year 2019.
"There are three main problems that prevent the adoption of the budget for the year 2019, and is the problems of the agreement between the Kurdistan region and the federal government," pointing out that "the proportion of Kurdistan regionin the budget 12.67%."
"The problems concern the liberated provinces and their oil-producing counterparts. These problems are on the agenda."
Haj pointed out that "there is a vision and a desire to resolve outstanding problems and therefore will be presented to the House of Representatives budget law and passes after agreement on the points of contention."
He pointed out that "the proportion of the budget deficit 27 trillion dinars, and the intention of the Committee to reduce it to 22 trillion dinars."
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives, decided last Tuesday, to stop the leaves and the removal of deputies until the adoption of the budget of 2019, and also suspended the work of all meetings of subcommittees and fact-finding committees until the completion of the draft budget law in order to focus efforts and accelerate the adoption.
