The head of the National Parliamentary Bloc, Ammar Tohme, called on Saturday for the dissolution of parliament and the dismissal of the government within 30 days, in addition to the legislation of a new election law and the formation of a new election commission.
Tohmeh said at a press conference held in the parliament buildingand attended by Alsumaria News: "We demand the dissolution of parliament and the resulting dismissal of the government within a period of 30 days during this period is the enactment of a new election law in line with the demands of the masses and the formation of a council of experts and wise working to develop strategic solutions to crises and oversees the Transitional phase".

Tohme called for "the formation of a new election commission during the said period, and to make constitutional amendments by the new parliament," calling at the same time to "confine arms to the state and the commitment of security forces and demonstrators to inject Iraqi blood."
