The deputy of the Irada Hussein Arab bloc affirmed on Thursday that the Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zarfi had not yet been able to persuade the Shiite leaders to support him, indicating at the same time that he had managed to persuade the majorityof Shiite representatives.
Arab said in a statement reported by the newspaper "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat" that "the formation of the government is still going through difficult circumstances and it can be said: that there is no clear road yet."
Arab added, "Al-Zrafi has not yet been able to convince the leaders, but he has managed to convince the majority of Shiite MPs that he is their colleague in Parliament."
The deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance Fadel Al-Fatlawi revealed in a previous statement that some political forces retreated from their positions rejecting the passing of the Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zorfi, while holding the Seven Committee responsible for assigning Al-Zarfi to the position of prime minister.
