Parliament finishes the report and discussion of a bill and the first reading of two draft laws

Parliament ended, on Saturday, the report and discussion of the draft law for implementing irrigation projects, while it finished the first reading of the draft law on joining Iraq to an international agreement and another bill.
A representative source said, "The House of Representatives hascompleted the report and discussion of the third amendment bill to the Irrigation Projects Implementation Law No. 138 of 1971."
The source added, "The House of Representatives has completed the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention on Intervention on the High Seas in the event of accidents causing oil pollution for the year 1969 and the protocol on intervention on the high seas in cases of pollution by substances other than oil for the year 1973."
He pointed out, "The council has also completed the first reading of the draft law ratifying the air transport services agreement between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the United Arab Emirates."
