Arms cache found in Talafar

NINEWA / Aswat al-Iraq: An emergency police force has discovered a weapons cache in northern Talafar, a local security source said on Sunday.

“The cache was found in the mountainous area in northern Talafar (60 km northwest of Mosul City),” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
The cache was found in light of intelligence tips, the source added.

Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.
