"The Prime Minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, visited the Rashid Street in central Baghdad this morning and was briefed on the ongoing work to restore life to the street and lift the concrete walls," the Prime Minister's Information Office said in a statement received by Som News.
He added that "Abdul Mahdi met with a number of citizens who expressed their satisfaction with the efforts to open more roads and revitalize the work and revive the heritage areas in the capital Baghdad.
