Iraq is named its first ambassador in Kuwait for two decades

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iraq on the name of Mr. Mohammed Hussein Bahr al-Ulum ambassador to the State of Kuwait for the first time since the invasion launched by the dictatorial regime of Kuwait in 1990.
The Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed Haj Hamoud, Iraq is waiting for approval from Kuwait on this label as a protocol. Haj Mahmoud and expected to contribute Ambassador-designate to resolve outstanding issues between the two countries. The Kuwait had been named chief of staff to the insured as an ambassador in Iraq almost a year ago
