Japan decides to reduce security risks in Iraq to enter its companies

Prime Minister Haider Abadi and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe chaired official talks between Iraqi and Japanese government officials.
"Shinzo Abe has welcomed Abadi's visit," a statement from the Prime Minister's Office said. "Iraq is an important country in the Middle East and its role is very largein the fight against terrorism and has achieved a great victory."
"There are fruitful results for today's meetings and we will continue to support Iraq more," Shinzo Abe said.
"In response to Abadi's offer of a security stabilization process, the Japanese prime minister decided to reduce the level of security risk to enter the Japanese in a number of Iraqi provinces, leading to the entry of more Japanese companies to work," he said.
Abadi expressed "Iraq's keenness on excellent relations with Japan and that there are many Japanese companies that are currently working in Iraq."
"We are entering a new era of reconstruction and we hope to have more participation with Japanese companies and we need cooperation in many fields, especially services and job creation," he said.
