Muhammad Allawi reveals a plan to thwart the government pass

On Tuesday, Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi revealed a plan to thwart the government's passage.
Allawi said in a post on his official Facebook page, "I have heard that there is a plan to thwart the government pass because of the inability to continue the thefts."
He addedthat "the ministries will be managed by independent and impartial ministers," noting that "this scheme consists in paying exorbitant sums to the deputies and making the vote secret."
Allawi expressed his hope that "this information is incorrect."
