US President's envoy to the Middle East, Brett McGurk, on Thursday congratulated new Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi on his constitutional oath and voted on a number of ministers, describing four of them as extraordinary to help Iraq recover quickly.

"Congratulations to the new Prime Minister of Iraq, Adel Abdul Moadi, who led the oathwith 13 new ministers including Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban, Minister of Electricity Loay Khatib, Finance Minister Fuad Hussein and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim," McGourke said in a tweet on his personal account on Twitter. Noting that "these extraordinary ministers will help to accelerate the recovery of Iraq from the effects of an advocate."

"The United States and the International Alliance are looking forward to participating with the new leaders of Iraq; Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, President Barham Salih, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi, and new ministers to cooperate in providing services and security for all the Iraqi people."
