The federal government committed the delegation of the Kurdistan region, which came to Baghdad on Saturday under the chairmanship of the President of the region, Nigervan Barzani, ten conditions for the settlement of things between Baghdad and the region.
The following are the conditions imposed by the government of the delegation of the region: -
First: commitment to the unity and sovereignty of Iraq on all its territory and that the region is part of Iraq.
Second: Re-activate all federal authorities in the region, including border ports and airports.
Third: Continuation of the work of the competent committees to open airports under the federal authority.
Fourth: Complete all procedures for the return of all the authorities and federal forces.
Fifth: The international borders are under federal control as one of its exclusive powers.
Sixth: Adherence to the borders of the region in 2003, as stipulated by the Constitution and not to exceed them.
Seventh: The oil extracted from the fields within the territory is handed over to the federal authorities.
Eighth: The export of oil exclusively by the federal government through the national oil company Sumo.
Ninth: Complete the work of the commissions on the salaries of the staff of the region to ensure their access to the actual staff.
Tenth: the accounts of the salaries of the region's employees to the Federal Audit Bureau in Baghdad.
