Shahristani: Council strategic policies can not be covered by an executive, a point system

BAGHDAD / Nina / Hussain al-Shahristani said the head of the / Independent / National Alliance: "The National Council for the strategic policies of the executive can not be covered by a system of points."
Shahristani said in a statement to the National Agency Iraqi News / Nina /: "The executive power of specific Council of Ministers can not make decisions outside this framework. And the National Council policy strategy will give recommendations to the concerned authorities, the Council is important can not be overlooked role."
He said: "The National Council will provide recommendations to the executive and legislative authorities, and even the judiciary can give her some feedback, but could not pass decisions."
He said: "The judicial power is settled resolution to the judiciary and can not for any other party to render a decision in regard to its work, as well as in the case of the legislature, House of Representatives is one of the prescribed laws, and the executive branch is also implementing the laws."
He said: "The National Council of the policies covered by the system of strategic points. Each office would have the points, both in the Presidency of the republic, parliament or minister."
He said al-Shahristani said: "We in the National Alliance call for all parties to participate effectively in the next government, and cooperation to make it successful in providing security and services to the Iraqi people."
Noted that there is agreement on assigning the presidency of the National Council for the strategic policies of the leader of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi. And demands that the Iraqi List, this gives the Council the powers of executive and does not include a point system. / Over
