National Coalition did not name its candidate - compensatory seats into political blocs in the wrong to its members

لازالت الكتل السياسية لم تسم لغاية الان الاعضاء الذين سيشغلون مقاعدها التعويضية باستثناء كتلة التحالف الكردستاني التي اعلنت ان مقعدها التعويضي سيكون لصالح عضو الكتلة فؤاد معصوم، فيما تشير بعض الانباء الى ان ائتلاف دولة القانون قد حسم امره في اعطاء احد المقعدين التي يمتلكها الى الناطق باسم الائتلاف حاجم الحسني فيما لايزال المقعد الاخر قيد الدراسة .واشار عضو ائتلاف دولة القانون عبد الهادي الحساني الى ان ائتلافه يملك مقعدين وقد حسم امر احدهما بتسليمه الى الناطق باسم ائتلاف دولة القانون حاجم الحسني.واضاف الحساني :ان "ائتلافه مايزال يتباحث حول المقعد الثاني". " واستبعد عبد اللطيف امكانية طرح اي اسم في الوقت الحاضر لان الامر يتطلب دراسات وحوارات داخل الائتلاف الوطني من اجل الوصول الى صيغة معينة" على حد قوله . وكان رئيس مجلس المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات فرج الحيدري قد اعلن في وقت سابق إن توزيع المقاعد التعويضية تم حسب المادة 18 من قانون الانتخابات عام 2005 المعدل عام 2009 والتي تعطي الحرية للكيان السياسي باختيار من يشغل المقعد التعويضي . واوضح الحيدري في تصريح صحفي أن "قانون الانتخابات في 2009 هو تعديل لقانون انتخابات 2005 وفي قانون 2005 توجد المادة 18 تقول يحق للكيان السياسي ان يكون حرا في اعطاء المقعد التعويضي يعني هذه من صلاحية الكيان"، مضيفا انه "نحن من هذا المنطلق اعطينا الحرية للكيان السياسي بالاختيار لأن قانون انتخابات 2005 المادة 18 يطلب ذلك ". من جهته اوضح عضو القائمة العراقية حيدر الملا :ان "قائمته ستعقد بعد ساعات قليلة اجتماعا للتباحث بشان المقاعد التعويضية وطرح الاسماء المرشحة من قبل الكتل المنضوية داخل ائتلاف العراقية" . واضاف : ان "الامر يتطلب وقتا وليس من الممكن اعلان النتائج قبل اقل من اسبوع" على حد قوله .وتابع : ان "منتصف الاسبوع المقبل سيشهد الاعلان النهائي عن الاسماء التي ستشغل هذه المقاعد".
