REGARDING UNITED NATIONS RATE POSTS: THOSE RATES CAN BE BROUGHT BACK DOWN TO “00.00″ (LIKE THEY WERE FOR A WEEK RECENTLY) & RE-POSTED WITH NEW RATES. THE NORM IS POSTING ON THE 1ST AND 15TH. IRAQ & THE EU HAS TO HAVE THIS RV INJECTION.

Some is Iraq and some is other countries...These items were just decided on a few days ago and weren't being required until that time...They could do it in a day, but the timeline...told was the 2nd week of feb...Let me be clear. It could happen sooner but this is the timeline I was given.

1-26-2012- Kaperoni Parliament stated this past week that they would not take up economic laws until after the Budget is passed...one of the economic laws is an “accounting law” that needs to pass before Shabibi can RV the currency. There was an article...that said they expect to pass the budget by mid February. So we can make a fairly educated assumption that the RV will not occur till after this timeframe...watch for the budget, then watch for parliament to take up the economic laws. We then may be very close...the political issues remain an issue and may delay or impact this.

The G20 is also meeting up there today...there is a issue of protocol and all these corners have to be dealt with for we are talking about the biggest economic event of this century and all issues must be cleared and must be transparent. All screens will be activated again once all deals and agreements have been reached coming out from these meetings.

They are just starting to hide the real goods from us...thus we cannot count on the info. We will move up the food chain to get reports. IMF is in charge as always and IT LOOKS LIKE LAGARDE IS READY TO GO FORWARD...BY THE WAY, THE UST will be out of lockdown by 4 pm TODAY SO IT COULD GET EXCITING...We were told UST in until rv...we think it could go today or another crew goes into lockdown...THE LOCKDOWN ENDS AT 3:30 TO 4:30 EST.
