2-23-2013 Poppy3 The vote on the budget has been put off 4 or 5 times & they have postponed Parliament. As I said, they will not have any meeting while our people are there. They don't want their people to think they did something because the U.S. said to do it or any other outside entity said to do it. They want to operate their own government. Yes, they are struggling at it, that's their mode of operation, but they have made progress or are making progress on a daily basis.Turki was turned down as far as the IMF working with him, but he is the person they have been making decisions with & the person they have been going to about the CBI. What part he has been relieved of, we just don't know until the information becomes clear on his status. Some members of Parliament are asking Turki to step down. I think we should wait a day or 2 to see what comes of that situation. We do know Shabibi is still working with the IMF. I think once Maliki is nullified, you will see Shabibi, if he wants to, back as the governor of the CBI in Iraq. I will give you 2 good rumors, but this is from a solid contact. This gentleman just left the middle east, he is a very well to do person, holds tons of dinar & I'm sure he talked to dignitaries of some kind that he is associated with there. He went right through Bagdad, he hadn't been there in 2 years & he said he was amazed how they have refurbished bombed out buildings & said that Bagdad is a modern beautiful city. He indicated that he couldn't give any time or date but we should relax about the dinar, it's going to happen. The people of Iraq are preparing for it. It may take another week or so and he said we are in a great situation right now. Another contact said that as of this past Thursday, the banks told the people that they will no longer sell dinar of any denomination in Kuwait. This is from 2 banks that shared that information. We don't know why, this is something that could be an indication that maybe we will see something soon. Once our group is gone I don't think they will put it off. I think we will see movement in several different areas. This thing should wake up real soon & it's going to be some exciting times.

2-23-2013 SteveI As you are well aware by now the vote did not take place again. At the last minute there were more disputes and differences that neither party could set aside and move on. I can give you one hint, they refuse to give the budget back to Maliki to disperse at his will. You will read news from the media that they will vote again on Monday, which at best would be a 5% chance. Until they get past their differences it simply will not happen for at least a minimum of probably two weeks. I just do not see it this week. My guess is that they will hold more meetings and hash this out, in the mean time the country will lose 27 Million dollars per day and the citizens will continue to suffer. From what I have read and what we have been told, most all laws that need to do this has been approved and implemented. So the next step is activation of the new value from the 2013 budget and we are on our way. I probably do not need to reassure you again, but it will in due time be the best investment of your life. It is coming...

2-23-2013 Okie_Oil_Man GOOD SATURDAY NIGHT AMERICA, SHIP'S AT SEA AND ALL OUR WORLD WIDE FRIEND'S. WELL- I HAVE STATED MANY TIMES AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE SOAKED IN BY NOW THAT---IRAQ TURNED THE AUTHORITY TO EVALUATE THE VALUE OF THEIR CURRENCY OVER TO THE I.M.F. SEVERAL MONTH'S AGO. ONE MORE TIME--WHILE IT IS OF HISTORIC INTEREST WHAT IS GOING ON IN IRAQ PROPER--IT WILL HAVE NOR HAS HAD ANY EFFECT ON THE RE-EVALUATION OF THEIR CURRENCY. TO PROVE A POINT--LOOK AT THE DE-EVALUATION THE I.M.F. INCURRED ON SEVERAL COUNTRIES JUST LAST WEEK. I'M QUITE SURE THESE COUNTRIES HAD NO SAY SO IN THE DETERMINATION OF THE VALUE OF THEIR CURRENCY. WHILE IRAQ IS STILL GETTING THEIR ACT TOGETHER IT WILL TAKE AN ORGANIZATION LIKE THE I.M.F. TO FORCE THE ISSUE. I FEEL QUITE COMFORTABLE WITH WHERE WE NOW STAND IN REGARD'S TO THE CURRENCY EVALUATION FORTHCOMING FROM THE I.M.F. --THEN IT WILL FILTER THRU TO US [IYHO, do you think the budget is waiting on the RV?] NO EFFECT ON WHETHER THEY PASS THE BUDGET OR NOT. REST ASSURED WE ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND THE RIGHT TIME.

2-23-2013 SteveI I will absolutely guarantee you the new rate is in the budget and it is within a few pennies of what I shared in the past. Absolutely, positively, 100% sure. I am absolutely positive on my comment, statement, etc. regarding the new rate. I will not back down, not now, not ever on this one. All the "want a be" people that says it will be anywhere from 10 cents to under a dollar can kiss my grits. That is what Alice would have said so I kept it clean. This is probably the only reason I have given this my all and will hang in there until the end as I know what the end is.

2-23-2013 ****** FROM WHAT I HEARD TODAY THINGS ARE ON TRACK FOR SUNDAY NIGHT LATE...WE SHALL SEE. NO LATER THAN 28TH, WHAT IM TOLD.

2-24-2013 Shredd [will countries get to a point where thry will just totally give up on them totally, you think?] never. just like most of us dont sell our dinar out of frustration of the delays, the global economic community will not give up on iraq because they know the potential and it's huge. governments need its people to succeed financially to generate taxes produce spend...and companies coming into iraq will generate cash flow. so, no one is going to give up on iraq.

2-24-2013 ****** UST STILL IN LOCK DOWN. ACCORDING TO SOURCES ITS DONE, COOKED, READY. JUST SOMEONE NEEDS TO PULL IT OFF OF GRILL. [We had been hearing mid 3's for a while now. Did the mid 5s just come up to day?] NAH, HAD IT A FEW DAYS AGO, 5.86. [do you think that is an actual rate or a place holder??] I THINK 6.18. SOURCES HAVE SAID 25-28TH.

2-24-2013 Shredd look at the whole premise behind the paris club, there was confidence in iraq 8 years ago a ton of wealth to be had. and remember, our main "window" into iraq is the newspapers most of them are akin to the Enquirer! so, we gotta take all the political stuff in that light and not let us get it down. i fully believe that if we truly knew what was going on in iraq politically/economically, we'd find it hard to sleep out of excitement but we only see a small part and find out about things once they are done.
