interesting, nothing is withdrawn, and jet they have payment to make, just guessing, interest only, how they will
pay this payment, again guessing with our money, money they we spend buying IQD, and they can keep paying
the payments as long, as we continue buying they worthless money (at the moment), I said, lets stop buying
any more IQD, maybe than, they will need worldwide recognized currency .... just my thought

I believe those payments are for a prior "soft loan". It can't be interest because they have not taken any funds...just approved to receive them.FYI the CBI is not selling anymore Dinar...What is in circulation is already accounted for in the 80% of the total Dinars printed that are in circulation.
IMO....the Dinars are basically trading hands.
