Postpone action recover the salaries of members of parliament to 12 from next December

Baghdad (news) .. said attorney in charge of a lawsuit against members of the House of Representatives to demand the reinstatement of salaries and benefits they had received, during the past five months Ibtisam Shimari, the court of first instance decided to postpone the issue of recovery of the salaries of parliamentarians to the state treasury until the day of the twelfth of December.
Said Shammari told the reporter Agency (news) said today that the Coordinating Committee for the initiative civilian to maintain the Constitution had requested a postponement of the case brought against members of the House of Representatives to demand restoration of salaries and allowances they had received, during the past five months until the day of the twelfth of next December, because of what reasons for purposes of deliberation.
It was scheduled to be on Wednesday to consider the invitation extended to the court of first instance in Karrada, to reclaim the money received by the House of Representatives in the past period as public funds and disbursed without the right to the fact that the MPs did not perform any work since the date of the performance of the constitutional oath on 14 June.
The Shammari, said in an earlier statement to the reporter (Agency news) that the civic body for the Protection of the Constitution has filed a lawsuit against members of the House of Representatives, asking them to re-pay and benefits they had received, during the past five months based on the three constitutional articles were identified on the twenty-fourth of November date for the consideration of them.
And refused to Shammari, who heads the Coalition of Women Mesopotamia and the Women's Association for the benefit of women to make any other information confirming that the Commission continues to prosecute without any retreat. / Finished / (5
